My name is JoAnn Cerchio,
I work for Coldwell Banker Home Source the #1 Real Estate Company in the High Desert.
I have been a Realtor since 2009 & I really, really enjoy Real Estate & helping people with all of there Real Estate needs, rather it's Listing your house or land, helping you find that perfect house or vacant land, finding investment properties for you and/or if your upside down on your house and need to do a short sale. I became very good at short sale negotiations when I 1st started as a realtor.
I have had my license since 1993, Unfortunately, was not able to practice real estate at that time. I did always know when the time was right I was going to sell real estate and so I continued up with my license until it was the right time for me to practice and that time was in 2009 after my daughter graduated High School and went to College.
I started doing short sales at that time as that is what a big part of the market was at that time. I received my SFR and HAFA Short Sale Certification to gain as much knowledge as I could to help my clients to my fullest and was very successful on getting them done, about 95% of them all got through.
Today the Market is doing a lot more standard sales than short sales. I really enjoy my job with the many challenging factors that it includes, it keeps me on my toe's.
Most of all I enjoy the many people I have met and helped along my journey.
